From the very first moment that we entered the property it was evident that the dwelling had been finished to a really high standard with a flair for the overall design and materials in keeping with the style of the property.

Compared to other properties that we had viewed we would say that it is much higher in quality. In particular the kitchen and bathrooms gave us the wow factor and layout that we were  seeking and the craftsmanship is evident.

The communication, open relationship and customer care from the developers both pre and post sale, as the developer has remained on site building other new homes, has been excellent and has been so much appreciated. We would recommend Alderbury Homes without reservation to potential buyers.
