Our homes are sold as non-furnished but we do provide some built in fixtures such as a washing machine, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. All the information on these fixtures is included within an extensive hand over pack that is provided for the buyer when they move in.

We also offer all our home buyers the opportunity to select the interior carpets themselves from a selection that we provide. The carpet is then fitted by us before the move in date at no extra cost to the customer.

All of our homes are thoroughly cleaned and snagged before the move in date to ensure that the quality of the property is at the highest level for our customers. However, we always remain in contact with our buyers after completion to ensure a smooth moving in process.
