Any new build home that you buy from us comes equipped with a 10 year Structural and Latent Defects Warranty. This ensures that your home has been built to a high quality in accordance with the current Building Regulations and Standards.

Every fixture and fitting that is included on our homes also comes with its own manufacturers specific warranty. We provide a detailed hand over pack on the day our customers receive the keys containing user guides, warranties and key information for each fixture.
