As a construction company, we are aware of the negative impact that our industry has on the environment and so we try to do our utmost to mitigate any damage. We do this by ensuring that our houses are always as energy efficient as possible as this benefits both the environment and those who purchase homes from us.

All of our projects come complete with an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) before they are handed over to the prospective buyer. This certificate provides a rating for the energy performance of the building and ensures that each house we build is energy efficient. The tests carried out also assess the impact that a building will have on the environment in terms of carbon dioxide emissions.

During the construction phase of our projects, we complete predicted energy assessments to make sure that we are going in the process of providing an energy efficient home to our customers.
